5 REASONS YOU MUST DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE!

Do you find yourself thinking about something new that you would like to try or experience? Often those whispers are your intuition nudging you to give it a go! There are countless benefits of finding something that you love, here are the top 5 that have helped me along my journey to personal freedom, growth and consistent happiness.

1. YOU WILL PUSH YOUR COMFORT ZONE.

I believe that we are the creators of our own reality. I believe that life will bring to us the experiences and people that we need to help us achieve our life goals, and to help us clear out limiting and sabotaging programs that have been uploaded into our subconscious mind from childhood (sub meaning under, conscious meaning awareness – therefore under our awareness).

Sometimes it may feel challenging or uncomfortable to try something new and that is perfectly normal. Perhaps you may not know anyone, you may feel embarrassed and you may even feel like you will fail, however now more than ever it is vitally important to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and recognising challenges for what they are – the opportunity for growth and to rise to a new level of awareness and success.

By placing yourself around new people, in a new environment with new guidelines or rules, a whole new world of opportunity will open for you. Beliefs you had before will be challenged, you will develop new skills, a stronger mindset and you will recognise your strengths and weaknesses. You will never know where your unconscious limitations and false beliefs lie, if you do not put yourself situations that challenge you. What’s truly amazing is that when you push through and step from your comfort zone, wonderful ideas can be sparked, and it can lead you somewhere you never thought possible!

2. YOU WILL EXPERIENCE TRUE HAPPINESS.

We are at our happiest when we are doing something that we love! By honouring your intuition and finding something that brings you happiness you automatically enter into a high vibration – all of your cells become alive. As humans, our natural states are joy, bliss, ecstasy and are almost animalistic like – with no inhibitions, great strength, power and clarity. However, these stunning feelings have for the most part, been cut off by the constrictions of old blocked emotions and negative events of the past.

Finding something that you love helps to relax your nervous system which allows your energy to flow freely, this free flow of energy brings with it great inner strength, courage and awakens a super powerful resource within you. As a spin off you will also be more focused and inclined to stay in the present moment because your mind will be focusing on what you are doing.

As you naturally find yourself in a higher vibration (feeling energised and happy) you will also attract other happy people into your life and so the ripple effect goes on.

3. ALL OTHER AREAS OF YOUR LIFE WILL IMPROVE.

When you do something you love, you feel great! Law attraction see’s to it that whatever you are feeling within your body is what you will experience in your physical reality. Feeling wonderful on the inside means that life will bring you even more wonderful things to experience – it’s law! As your vibration and energy increases you will naturally find yourself at the right place at the right time, exciting new opportunities will present to you, great ideas will flow, and you’ll just feel awesome!

4. YOUR HEALTH AND VITALITY WILL IMPROVE.

One of the biggest causes of illness is stress. Stress, anxiety and all negative emotions suppress your immune system, which is why it is important to do something that relaxes your body and brings on positive and feel good emotions. When you are happy and enjoying your life your immune system is firing!

If you are also looking to lose weight, doing something you love and spending time with like-minded people will certainly help. When you feel happy and relaxed within your body you are less inclined to binge on unhealthy food or eat for emotional purposes. As an added bonus you will also start to look and feel younger!

5. YOU WILL MEET WONDERFUL PEOPLE.

Too often we get caught up in own little ‘social bubble’ and we can quickly become narrow minded. We hang around the same type of people day in and day out, talking about the same things and going to the same places. When you try something new and finally do that thing that excites you or has been calling you, you will expand your network and find a fresh new bunch of people to spend time with.

You will naturally be drawn into different conversations, learn new skills, flush out emotional blocks (by accepting and breathing through challenging situations), invited to new places and who knows you may even find your new best-friend, business partner or even your future wife or husband. Moral of the story – watch as your life transforms as you find something you love!
