ELIMINATE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS – Now more than ever you need to become conscious of all your behaviours, thoughts and feelings.
There is simply no time for negative thinking anymore. Yes, negative thoughts will arise but how quickly you can lift yourself out of them is key! Look for thoughts that make you feel good inside, when you feel good, life will bring you more things to feel good about. Become super conscious of all of your thoughts and write out the one’s that are negative. When you write them out they begin to hold less power and won’t manifest in your life as undesirable experiences.
CREATE A VISION AND PLAN FOR YOUR FUTURE – Believe it or not, you are creating your life right now with your thoughts, feelings, actions and choices.
If you are unsatisfied with your current situation, this understanding brings with it an amazing sense of personal power, as you realise you have the power to change anything you are dissatisfied with.
Life will help to bring you what you want but it is crucial that you make it absolutely clear about what it is you want, this is where goal setting and planning is vital.
Take the time to create a list of things you want to experience and how you want your life to look.
If you are struggling to think about things that you want, make a note of the things you are unhappy with in your life now and then right down the opposite. Mind maps are also incredibly useful!
KEEPING YOURSELF FIT AND HEALTHY – It is important to remember that when working on your mindset and spiritual growth, you must also remember to keep your physical body strong and healthy as well.
This includes regular exercise – yoga and strength training are great as they encourage body awareness, increase flexibility and build muscle strength.
When your body is feeling strong you can’t help but feel powerful, strong and motivated. A healthy diet is so also important – Be sure to be eating plenty of organic fruits and veggies, clean filtered drinking water and of course get plenty of sleep.
